dNTP Mix

dNTP Mix is a premixed solution containing sodium salts of dATP, dCTP, dGTP and dTTP, each at 10 mM; the total concentration of nucleotides, therefore, is 40 mM (pH 7.4). dNTP mixes are ready-to-use solutions designed to save time and to provide higher reproducibility in PCR and other applications.

dNTP Set

The set consists of 100 mM aqueous solution of dATP, dGTP, dCTP and dTTP each provided in a separate vial. Because the nucleotides are supplied separately, the dNTP Set offers maximum flexibility in preparation of reaction mixes for a wide range of applications.

Taq DNA Polymerase

SPS Origin Taq DNA Polymerase is a highly thermostable recombinant DNA polymerase from Thermus aquaticus. This polymerase catalyzes 5'-> 3' synthesis of DNA, has no detectable 3-> 5' exonuclease (proofreading) activity and possesses low 5'-> 3' exonuclease activity. In addition, Taq DNA Polymerase exhibits deoxynucleotidyl transferase activity, which result in the addition of extra adenines at the 3'-end of PCR products. Unit Definition: One unit is defined as the amount of enzyme that will incorporate 15 nmol of dNTP into acid insoluble material in 30 min at 75°C.
